About Us

Last updated: April 2026

Who We Are

Codeayan is an independent, India-based digital learning platform dedicated to making Artificial Intelligence and Data Science genuinely accessible to every curious mind — regardless of background, institution, or prior experience.

We are not a coaching factory. We are not a subscription trap. We are a small, passionate team that believes understanding AI is no longer optional — it is the essential literacy of our time. Everything we build, write, and publish is shaped by one honest question: would this help someone truly understand something that matters?

Our Mission

To democratise knowledge in AI, Data Science, and Analytics by stripping away the jargon, eliminating the gatekeeping, and meeting learners exactly where they are.

We create content for the teacher who wants to understand how ChatGPT works, the business analyst who keeps hearing about machine learning, the college student preparing for a data science interview, and the professional who simply wants to stay ahead. Our audience is everyone — and our standard is clarity.

What We Do

Free Blogs & Articles

We publish in-depth, original articles on AI, machine learning, data science, analytics, and adjacent technology topics. Every article is written to be understood, not just found. No filler, no recycled listicles — only content we would genuinely want to read ourselves.

Free Learning Resources

We offer a growing library of free reading materials including concept notes, quick-reference guides, and topic summaries — all available without cost or registration.

Premium Resources

For learners who want to go deeper, we offer structured, downloadable PDF resources — interview prep kits, practice sets, and comprehensive concept guides. These are one-time purchase, lifetime-access digital products. No subscriptions. No renewals.

YouTube & Social Media

Our YouTube channel (@codeayan) publishes free video masterclasses, tool walkthroughs, and concept explainers. We also share daily insights on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Our Values

  • Honesty over hype — we will never tell you AI will replace you, or that one PDF will get you hired.
  • Clarity over complexity — if we cannot explain it simply, we have not understood it well enough yet.
  • Independence — we are unsponsored and unaffiliated. Our recommendations are our own.
  • Respect for your time — every piece of content we publish has earned its existence.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This policy applies to all purchases made on codeayan.com and is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold on Codeayan are digital goods — specifically, downloadable PDF files delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly accessible upon delivery and cannot be 'returned' in the traditional sense, our refund policy is defined below.

2. No-Refund Policy on Digital Downloads

As per standard practice for digital goods and in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection guidelines for e-commerce, we maintain a no-refund policy once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded. This is because:

  • The product is instantly and fully delivered upon payment.
  • Digital files cannot be 'returned' — once accessed, the content cannot be made unavailable to you.
  • The nature of the product was clearly described before purchase.

By completing a purchase on our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Exceptions — When We Will Provide a Refund or Replacement

We will provide a full refund or free replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: The download link did not work, was broken, or the file was corrupt, AND you contacted us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
  • Duplicate Payment: Your account was charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error.
  • Incorrect Product: You received a file materially different from what was described on the product page.

In all such cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a working replacement file. A monetary refund will be issued only if we are unable to deliver the correct product within 5 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To raise a refund or replacement request, please contact us through our website with:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout.
  • Your order number or payment reference.
  • A clear description of the issue.

We will respond within 3 business days.

5. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed, as the digital product is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. If you change your mind about a purchase before completing payment, you may simply abandon the checkout process — no charge will be made.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback with the evidence of delivery. We encourage customers to contact us first — we are committed to fair and prompt resolution of genuine issues.

7. Razorpay Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and will be credited to your original payment method. Refund timelines are subject to Razorpay's processing times and your bank's processing schedules, typically 5–10 business days.
